• Name (optional), Email (for account)
• Dialysis session info, blood pressure, weight, lab values, notes
• Basic device metadata and error logs

3. How We Use Your Information

• To help you track dialysis metrics and provide self-monitoring insights
• For customer support if you voluntarily send data
• For de-identified research if you opt in

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely. We follow APP 11 and take reasonable steps to secure personal information. No identifiable data is shared without your consent.

5. Your Rights

Under APP 12 and APP 13, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information at any time via the app.
